Let’s be honest, staging a home on your own can be a massive headache and also expensive if you don’t have the supplies already on hand. In these cases, it’s best to leave the design to a seasoned team who has the right tools and inventory to overhaul your space within a day so you can list your home ASAP.
PRICING: Each package is priced according to your home’s needs, taking into account factors like location, design preferences, and square footage. Our rental term ranges from 30 days to until the home is sold.
START TO FINISH:
- Consultation: Because each home is different, an in-home consultation is required. If an in person meeting is not doable a video of the FULL property is the next best thing.
- Proposal: You will receive a proposal tailored to your property’s staging needs within one business day.
- Contract, Invoice & Calendar: We send you our agreement to sign, pay, and reserve a date to stage your property!
- Delivery & Setup: Our professional moving team will seamlessly deliver everything necessary to help your home attract an offer. On the day of delivery the furniture will be dropped off at the property and I will set it all up. That process normally takes between 2-4 hours, depending on size. Please schedule photos for the following day to account for any last minute edits or changes needed in the staging.
- Destaging: Our stellar moving team returns to make destaging simple and stress-free! We require a 7-day notice to schedule destaging. I have found it most successful to destage the property immediately following inspection resolution.
